After doing all this things now its time to use your favorite add-on CopyAllUrls 0.9.7. Now, go to menu of firefox again and you will see here Options sub-menu. Here, click on Menu Bar (If you want previous setting then just click on View-Toolbars-Menu Bar, and its will revert you back to previous setting). 

Now all the setting have been done. 

Now, its time to copy all open tabs. Just go to menu Edit. Here extreme below you will find Copy All Urls.... Here click on copy sub-menu (Shortcut Key Ctrl + Alt + C). Paste any where you want by just clicking on Ctrl + V in a word document.
