Users who want to change his default dashboard of his Huawei modem must take backup before proceeding.
Just follow the simple steps :
1. Download Huawei Dashboard Tool (Download link is provided below the article.)
2. Connect Huawei Modem with computer/laptop and let the modem install all the required drivers.
3. Run the downloaded tool.
4. Click on Options -> Backup/Capacity.
5. If your data card was not detected, click refresh. Otherwise continue to next step.
6. Click Select to choose where to save your backup data and then click on Backup.
Within a few second your backup is created with *.iso format. So now you can update your data card without any worry. When u feel like you want to restore just use this tool again.
