How to backup usb flash drive

I have already discussed in many article how to create a bootable usb drive to install windows through USB drive. Today I am sharing with you a article "How to backup USB Flash Drive". How it is useful? Suppose you have a USB drive of capacity 4GB and you have made it bootable for windows 8 operating system. Now you have some data of approximate 3GB which you want to transfer from one PC to another PC. Now you have only once option to format your bootable pen drive and then copy your data and transfer to another system. Because, if you will copy bootable data to a folder and then you will restore to your pen drive then its will not work more as bootable pen drive. Bootable files could not be transferred through normal copy and paste. Once you have formatted it then you have to again make USB drive bootable if you want to install operating system through USB drive in another system. Hence, we are sharing a good software with you "USB Image Tool".
USB Image Tool is a tiny utility that lets you create image of any USB drives with a  click. It supports almost all USB drives.

Create image of the bootable USB:

1. Download and install USB Image Tool. It supports both x86 and x64 versions of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems.

2. Connect your bootable USB drive to the PC and then run the program USB Image Tool. Select your USB drive, select Device Mode in drop-down menu, click Backup button and browse to the location where you wish to save the image backup and finally click on Save button to start the process.

Restore the image backup to the USB:

1. Connect the USB drive to your PC, backup all data from the USB and then launch the program USB Image Tool.

2. Select Device Mode, click on Restore button and browse to the image file that you have previously saved and finally click Open button to start restoring the backup image to the USB drive.

Do it yourself its so simple. If any problem just leave a comment.
