Merge Multiple Email Account using Gmail


Every body is having email account today in various type of service provider like : gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. And everybody wants to keep personal account and professional account apart, so that personal life may not be involved in professional life. It is good idea also. But some time it give more difficulty as you have to login in different account every time to check your mail of different account. But now no need to login different account everytime as you can get all mail in only a single email account. 


Gmail provides email forwarding facility through it is possible to get all email on a single gmail account. 

To enable this feature follow these steps :


1. Login to your gmail account with your user Id and password.
2. Click on right side gears icon and select setting options from it.
3. Here you click on "Accounts and Import".

For Send email from another account :

4. If you want to send mail from another account then click on "Add another email address you own". Its will open a new windows, here provide your name and email address and click on next. Its will send a verification code to your email account verify it.

For Receiving email from another account :

5. If you want to receive mail from another account then click on "Add a POP3 mail account you own". It will open a new window, provide here your email from where you want to receive mail.Click on "Next Step". Its will ask you password for your email, Provide the password and click on "Add account".

If you want to check mail from Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, or other webmail or POP3 accounts then "In Check Mail from Other Account section", click on "Add POP3 Email Account you Own" option.

Fill in the details and click on Add Account.

It is very useful as it will store all your email account in a single gmail account. This will save your time and will not ask you to login again and again. There is no need to provided password again and again. This feature in our view is really very useful. Try you also if you like this feature.
