How to use autofill forms add-on of Firefox?
I have already covered about best free auto form filling add-ons for firefox at here. As you can see in the post that we have put it at number one. Hence, we are going to explain about it. Presently Autofill Forms 0.9.8.3 is available on the net and can be downloaded and installed from here. It's is free so don't worry just install it. If compatibility problem comes then you can read the article "How to force install incompatible add-ons in Mozilla Firefox?".
. After installing the Autofill Forms 0.9.8.3 in your mozilla firefox menu you will see a pencil as we have highlighted at the screenshot below (we are explaining it in Mozilla Firefox 11.0, your lower version may be slightly different) :-

Click on down arrow which is located just after the Pencil icon, here you will find setting. Just click on setting and you will get a windows like this :

Here click on Profiles and click on add button which is on the right side. At the lower you will Name you can give any name as i am giving Default and click on Apply button.

Now you will see Default profile has been created in Profile tab. Now click on Advanced tab which is just after Profile tab, and tick here "Enable Global Profile:". It's will be default profile for filling all webpage forms. Now your all setting has been done. It's time to use your favorite add-ons Autofill Forms 0.9.8.3.
Just open any webpage which is having forms as you can see we are filling the forms of www.locanto.in.

After filling the form right click on a field and here you will get "Ad a rule for this field....". Click on "Ad a rule for this field..." a window will be open like this :

Here you have to target on these fields : Name, Value, Field Rule and Site Rule.

I will tell you in detail about Name, Value, Field Rule and Site Rule, because if you will understand these field then you can utilize it best. You will never think about other form filling software or you can say ad posting software.
Name : You can change or leave as it is, because this filed has no effect.
Value : You can change or leave as it is, because this filed has no effect.
Field Rule : To learn about it just right click on webpage and you will see "Display from Details". Just click on this and now your website looks will be like this ;

Note : Here you can see the yellow highlighted text which is in "". Two words are like this in above screenshot. One is "subject" and the other is "description". All ad posting software or you can say form filling software id made on the base of this only.
Here you can see the value of Field Rules is (?:^subject$) as in screen shot Figure-6. If you will edit Field Rules like this (?:subject) then this rule will be applied in all keyword which have subject (eg : it will be applied on ad subject also because we have removed sign ^ and $). Here, we have just removed ^ and $ sign. If you will not remove sign ^ and $ then it restricts to the keyword subject only.
Site Rules : Like field rule Site Rules is also important. As you can see in Figure - 6 Site Rules field value is (?:^http:\/\/www\.locanto\.in) which is restricted to www.locanto.in. This value will not work on even www.locanto.com. Hence just remove the other words and symbols from it except (?:) and now click on Add button then click on OK. Now make rules like this from various sites.
To fill up the forms just click on Pencil icon and your form will be filled up from your rule which you have made.
You can make another profile also. Many facilities are available in this tiny add-on. Just use it and you will get the effective feature.
