As you can see in the screenshot on menu "Add URLs". Just click on it and a window will be open : 

Click on new icon visible on the right side if not asking from you for a url and put the URL what do you want to download.  After doing all the above steps click on "Start Download". Its will start your download in approx 5 seconds. After downloading convert the file in any format though the same software also.
