First register a publisher account on adf.ly. After creating a account for publisher just login to adf.ly. It's will automatically redirect you to http://adf.ly/publisher/ page.

1. Click on Tools menu. 
2. Click on Full Page Script.

3. Here you will get two types of script.

4. First script will convert selected web domain into adf.ly link and if you will choose second script then its will convert whole link into adf.ly link. Choose the second script and copy it.

5. Now login to your blogger account.

6. Go to templates menu.
